CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAM SEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 19 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR AND TREASURER TO ACT AS <br />AGENTS FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />Section 1. The City Council of Gem Lake authorizes the Ramsey County Auditor and the Ramsey County Treasurer to <br />act as agents for the City of Gem Lake in Ramsey County to collect remaining balances of assessments for <br />improvements, septic inspection, and delinquent sewer and water bills in cooperation with the City Clerk and City <br />Treasurer. <br />Section 2. Enactment. This Ordinance No. 19 was enacted and placed in full force and effect on 15 September 1970 by <br />a unanimous vote of the Gem Lake City Council. <br />CERTIFIED COPY <br />
