ORDINANCE NO. 19
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR AND TREASURER TO ACT AS
AGENTS FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE.
Section 1. The City Council of Gem Lake authorizes the Ramsey County Auditor and the Ramsey County Treasurer to
act as agents for the City of Gem Lake in Ramsey County to collect remaining balances of assessments for
improvements, septic inspection, and delinquent sewer and water bills in cooperation with the City Clerk and City
Treasurer.
Section 2. Enactment. This Ordinance No. 19 was enacted and placed in full force and effect on 15 September 1970 by
a unanimous vote of the Gem Lake City Council.
