A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE THE
RENEWAL OF AN OFF-SALE, ON-SALE-INTOXICATING, OPTIONAL 2 A.M. AND
SUNDAY SALE LIQUOR LICENSES FOR THE COUNTRY LOUNGE, 3590
HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2026
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to issue liquor
licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their municipality; and
WHEREAS, The Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake, has met all the
requirements set forth with the City of Gem Lane and the State of Minnesota for an off-sale, on-
sale, optional 2 a.m. and Sunday Liquor License for 2026.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake approves the
Off-Sale, On-Sale Intoxicating, optional 2 a.m. and Sunday Liquor License for The Country
Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake for 2026.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and
supported by Councilmember Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a
vote of 4 in favor and 0 against.

taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written.
