The resignation of Donald 0. upstad as civil Defense Dir4ctor <br />was accepted with great regret. on motion by Gray and seconded <br />by Morgan - uohn n. „aniels was appointed to fill this vacanyy. <br />all ayes. <br />c. In view of the fact that Dave Hoffman had resigned as building <br />inspector - on motion by Morgan and second by jmhn &ray, <br />neith Ackerman of 2099 Douglas Lane, white gear Lake, was <br />appointed to be building inspector and instead of receiving <br />750 of the fees t as in the past) a$ surcharge will be made <br />for account of the village as follows: Q0,00 for commmercial, <br />14.00 for residential and 5;3.00 for accessory buildings <br />permits. All ayes. '!'he clerk's annual report was audited by Hoffman, Dray and <br />Arcand and upon motion by Hoffman and seconded by &ray was <br />approved for submission to the kublic Examiner. all ayes. <br />b. The Clerk reported that the current bank balance after <br />payment of the following bills would be w3,324.61. <br />
