Call to order and Roll Call
Commissioner Pratt .called the meeting to .order ai 7:05 p:m, Commissioner Amlee, Cummings,
.Pratt, Wippich were present. Also attending: rake Mager, Polar Tool, .Smith Jeffrey,
Contractor.
Approval of Agenda
Commissioner Pratt made a motion. to approve, seconded by Commissioner Wippich, motion
passed.
3660` 5cheunernan Road ..Construction. of.60 x 80 Pole Barn.
Smitty Jeffrey of Jeffrey Enterprises, LLC; provided an overview of tl;e proposed building at
3660 .S.cheuneman .Road. Discussed siding (not allow .in.ordinance);..lighting, catch basin,
landscaping, loading dock in public right of way, and.concrete slab.
Council recorrunendation -- go back to the architect with.ano-ther plan, address concerns in. Staff
memo.
