CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. "44. <br />23 August 1999 <br />WHEREAS; in. 1998 the City of Gem )cake agreed to consider subdivision of certain lands owned by Gem Lake Hills, Inc. upon <br />receipt of a completed Application Far Subdivision of those .lands and in consideration of their approval of City xe-zoning:.all <br />lands owned by Gem Lake. Hills, Iris. to R-1 3 Acre Residential zoning; and <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills has made a complete and proper:applic td9n• forthho4imple subdivision of lands identified as RIN <br />922-30-1?»34-00027.2, consistent with their previous statementpf intent; and <br />WHEREAS, the .lands: include,. 11.49 wresF.from- Which a single 2.49 acre pareel•will be subdivided to accommodate the <br />developmenrdfa. single residential lot; and <br />WHEREAS,. by means of City Council Resolution No. 99=03., said lands were re -zoned to R4 Residential usage and. a single <br />2.49 -acre parcel meets the criteria of die:.R-4 Residential Zone;. and <br />WHEREAS, appmpriiate`public notification of the City's intent wasmade by US..mail and publication in the Cit s legal <br />publication; and <br />WHEREAS, a publichearing was held and all public comment was heard prior to considering this resolution. <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE ITRESOLV)E;D, that.the City Council of the City of Gem. Lake dbes.hereby approve a simple. <br />subdivision of lands currently identified as 11.49 acres and PIN #22-3M2;34-0002-2 into two (2) parcels, one parcel of 2.49 <br />acres to: be .zoned R-4 Residential Usage.and one parcel of 940 acre&to remain zoned R-I Residential Usage. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,,that the City Clerk is hereby directed to order all -appropriate documents amended witlh all City <br />bodies;. elected and appointed, and other appropriate.authorities as well .as the.owners; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that approval of this: Simple Subdivision of Lands is•oittingent upon the owners of the <br />property filing.all necessary documents with Ramsey County -And providing copies to the City Clerk. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Wmber Birkebak and was "supported by Council.
