WHEREAS; said applicant.has. been similarly.licensed in the past in the City of Gem -Lake; -and
WrIEREAS,. said applicant has indicated a desire: to renew said. licenses for the calendar year.:2000; and
WHEREAS, said applicant:has. operated the establishment%without incideht:during 1999.
