WHEREAS; Cafe Cravings has opplied for renewal of. -an On -Sale Ntin-Intoxicating (Wine & Beer) Liquorltnd Special §uttday
on -Sale Non-.lnioxicating.:(Wine.& Beer) Liquor License for the -period Ol January2000 through 3 f December 2000;.and
WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in the past in the. City of Gem Lake; and'
WHEREAS, said applicant -has indicated a desire to renew said licenses for the calendar yeart 2000; and
WHEREAS,. said. applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1999..
