RESOLUTION NO.99-.13
14 DECEMBER 1999
WHEREAS; the City Clerk has pregented a (Proposed) Budget and (Proposed) Tax Levy for fiscal year 2.006 based upon best
estimates of costs for running the City of Gem Lake in 2000; and
WHEREAS, these.estimates were reviewed by'the CityCouncil in August; 1.999, amended bosed-upon best information -received
from outside contractors, and revised in .December, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did review the (Proposed) Budget and Tax Levy i�or000; including all revisions thereto as of
the date first written.
NOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council d6be City of Gem Lake does, by means of this Resolution
No. 99-13, fortnal.ly adopt the 2000 General Fund Budget of S10,166and the 2000 Net Tax Levy After I4ACA Reduction of
S98.,000 prepared by the City Clerk; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City*Clerk is chatked with Certifying said Tax Levy to Ramsey County Property
Taxation and other government bodies for whom:this infortnatiott is:required.

declared adopted on a unanitnops vote of the City Council.
