WHEREAS, the Country -Lounge. has applied for renewal of heir OnsSale and Special Sunday
On -Sale Liquor Licenses forthe period 111108 thru 1/1/09; and,
WHEREAS, ,aid appli4nt has been similarly licensed in prior years in the City of GeM Laker
and
WHEREAS, the applicant:has operated the establishment without incident during 2007,
NOWTBEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ,.that the City Counrril ofthe City. of Gem Lake,
Ramsey County, Minnesota hereby :approves renewal -of the. -On -Sale Liquof License and the
Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License .for the period Al. January...20 8 thru 01 January 2009
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Hutch Schilling and was supported
by Council Member Gretchen Ajgg.;Swomley and was declared adopted upon the following
