WHEREAS, the Cafe Cravings has applied for renewal of their. On -Sale Non -Intoxicating (Wine
and Beer) License for the period 111108 thrd 111109, and,
WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in Ptior Yeats -in the City of Gem Lake,
and
WHEREAS; the applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 2007,.
NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake,
Ramsey -.County., Minnesota hereby approves renewal -of the On -Sale Nan -Intoxicating (Wine
and Beer) 1. 1cense for the penod*01 January 2008 *thru 01 January 2009
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council* Member Hutch Schilling and was supported
byCounciI Member Gretchen Artig=Swomley and -was declared adopted upon. -the following
