CITY OF GEM LADE <br />RESOLUTION NO.1008-05 <br />18 MARCH 2008 <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills LLC has applied for renewal of their On -Sale and special Sunday <br />On -Sale Liquor Licenses for the period 111108 thru 111I09, and, <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has.been similarly licensed in prior years in the City of Gem Lake, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant .has operated the. establishment without incident during 2007, <br />.NOW TBEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the. City Council of the City of Gem Lake,. <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale. Liquor License and. the <br />Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 2008 thru. 01 January2009 <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Hutch.
