RESOLUTION NO.1008-05

WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills LLC has applied for renewal of their On -Sale and special Sunday
On -Sale Liquor Licenses for the period 111108 thru 111I09, and,
WHEREAS, said applicant has.been similarly licensed in prior years in the City of Gem Lake,
and
WHEREAS, the applicant .has operated the. establishment without incident during 2007,
.NOW TBEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the. City Council of the City of Gem Lake,.
Ramsey County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale. Liquor License and. the
Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 2008 thru. 01 January2009
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Hutch. Schilling and was supported
` by Council Member Gretchen Artig-Swomley and.was declared adopted upon the following
