A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE,. RAMSEY -COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS;.the individuals, municipalities and or companies identified have agreed to
serve in the -appointed -positions identified. far the period 01 January 2011 to: 3*1 December
2017 or until replaced by -another in art ctpdated resolution.
Appointed City Officials and other appointed.companies to represent the City.
Per Statue these positions/businesses :are, required.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by Councilmember
Lindner and was duly seconded by Councilmember Bosak and upon vote being taken
thereon, the resolution passed with a vote of 5 votes in favor of the resolution and 0
against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Gem Lake, on January 17th, 2017
