A RESOLUTION TO REPLOT 11 AND 19 DANIELS FARM ROAD IN THE CITY OF GEM
LAKE MINNESOTA 55110.
WHEREAS, Benjamin M. Johnson and Sherri L. Johnson, ("Johnson), the property owners at
11 Daniels Farm Road agreed to purchase a portion of the property at 19 Daniels Farm road and
Johnson applied to the City of Gem Lake for a minor subdivision as depicted on the attached
Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, The property owner at 11 wishes to create new plots for 11 and 19 Daniels Farm
Road in the City of Gem Lake. Nineteen has approximately 6.36 acres associated with the
property. Approximately 6.18 acres (Parcel B on Exhibit A) will stay with the 19 address and
approximately .18 acres will be added to 11 Daniels Farm Road. (Parcel A on Exhibit A).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM
LAKE, MINNESOTA, that effective immediately the replotting and minor subdivision to
subdivide 19 Daniels Farm Road into Parcel A and Parcel B as depicted on the attached Exhibit
A and add said Parcel A to 11 Daniels Faun Road is approved.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the July 18a', 2017, regular City Council
Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota, made by Councilmember Artig-
Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner with a vote of 4 yea, 0 na.

representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on July 18, 2017.
