A RESOLUTION.APPOINTING RIDIVIDUALS-.AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR StPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM .LAKE, RAM9EY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS; the indiuidual'identified has agreed to servein-the appointed position
identified for the period August 1, 2017 through December 3.1, 2022, or until replaced by
another in -an updated resolution.

The motion for tho adoptidn.o f the foregoing resalittion was. ptoposed by Council
member Artig-Swomley and was duly seconded by Council member Lindner and upon
vote being.taken thereon, the resolution vote was 4 yea votes in. favor of the resolution
and 0 against. the motion.
Whereupon said resolution was declared .duly passed and adopted by the City- Council of
the City of Gem Lake, on July 1 P, 2017
