EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA
HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 2017
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem
Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, on October 17, 2017, at 7:00
o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Councilmembers Kuny, Lindner and Mayor Uzpen.
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEPTIC INSPECTION CHARGES
(AUDITOR NO. 37130001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA:
1. That pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent septic inspection
charges on the following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake:

The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by council member
Lindner and seconded by council member Kuny, and upon vote being taken the resolution passed.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of
the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 17th day of October, 2017, with the original
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Septic Inspection Charges.
