City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2017 - 19 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSOLIDATED LAND USE ORDINANCE <br />FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE. <br />WHEREAS, For the last year a committee has been working on updating the City <br />Ordinances. The committee completed their task with a new Ordinance, Ordinance 131. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Gem Lake approves Ordinance <br />131 and retires the following ordinances to 131. Ordinances to be retired: <br />43K Zoning Ordinance; 58C Subdivisions; 66 Tree Preservation; <br />92 Environmental Review; 100 Landscaping; 107B Gem Lake Gateway District <br />Development Code and 109 Sign Regulations. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 21 st, 2017 regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Councilmember Lindner and seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley with a vote of <br />4 yes, Uzpen, Artig-Swomley, Lindner, Kuny, 0 — No. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />i iam Short, City Clerk <br />II/ 22/ 11 <br />Date <br />
