Resolution No. 2017 - 19
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSOLIDATED LAND USE ORDINANCE
FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE.
WHEREAS, For the last year a committee has been working on updating the City
Ordinances. The committee completed their task with a new Ordinance, Ordinance 131.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of Gem Lake approves Ordinance
131 and retires the following ordinances to 131. Ordinances to be retired:
43K Zoning Ordinance; 58C Subdivisions; 66 Tree Preservation;
92 Environmental Review; 100 Landscaping; 107B Gem Lake Gateway District
Development Code and 109 Sign Regulations.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 21 st, 2017 regular
City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by
Councilmember Lindner and seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley with a vote of
4 yes, Uzpen, Artig-Swomley, Lindner, Kuny, 0 — No.
