RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - 21
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE SCHEUNEMAN
ROAD PROJECT IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT AND SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT HEARING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake ACCEPTS AND APPROVES the Development
Feasibility Study dated 11/21/ 2017
Therefore, be it resolved the Gem Lake City Council sets the following date and time for the
improvement hearing:
1. January 16, 2018
2. Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Rd, Gem Lake, MN
3. 7:00 P.M.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor Lindner and was
supported by Councilor Artig-Swomley and was declared adopted based upon the following vote:
