Small Cell Wireless Facility City Gem Lake Aesthetic Requirements for Street Light Fixtures and Poles Installed in Conjunction with Small dell Wireless Facility Equipment All Street Light Fixtures and Poles. installed in conjunction with small cell wireless facility equipment, within the City of Gem Lake shall be reviewed and 'approved by the City Council after review by the -City Engineer prior to installation. This includes approval of wireless facility equipment installed on City -.owned street lights, as well as privately owned street lights, and street Iights. owned by Xcel l nergy and.Gonnexus:Energy. A small cell wireless facility permit shall be requfredfdr installations within the publicright of way, and collocation agreements arerequireo for each small cell wireless facility proposed on City of Gem Lake owned infrastructure. Street lightfixtures-.and poles installed to accommodate small cell wireless.facility.equipment shall be uniform and consistent in both color and appearance with existing City.of Gem.>_ake street light infrastructure. When a permit applicatlon is received, the City shall work with the -applicant to provide information on the:type-bf pole, fixture, mounting, and base desires[ for requested Iocation(s). Agreement for Post Issuance Debt Compliance Policy and Procedures - Ehlers SEC Requirement A motion was made by Councilmember Cacioppo;. seconded by Co.un.cilrnernber Linder to. pass the Agreement for Post Issuance Debt Compliance Policy and Procedure. The council discussed clarification of the wording on the invoice for 4140 Otter Lake Road .hook up to the manhole, discussing condemnation of the property arid informing neighbors about the failing septic. Councilmember Linder made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kunyto .clarify the language in the Gem Lake Invoice dated December 12, 2018: The fee. to connect to the sewer (the connection fee) is referred to as the "sewer assessm6ht from 2004" and "road construction 2604" collectively. The council. agreed to continue with prosecution. Council agreed to have Mayor Uipen contact. City Attorney to clarify condemnation procedures. Motion passed.
