Concurrence of the. City, of Gent Lake with Ramsey County adopting
C$AH status for Goose Lake Rd end Otter Lake Rd in the City -of Gem Lake
WHEREAS,. Establishment of "County State Aid Highway" status maybe accomplished by resolution of
the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners putswmtto-MimesQta Statues #162.02, and
WHEREAS, The County Board of the County of Rairmy did adopt Resolution 2007-i73: op May 8, 2001,
locating, establishing, designating and. numbering C$AH 60 (Otter:Lako. Road) from Highway % to Goose
Lake Road. and CSA14 14 (Goose Lake Road) front Otter Lake Road to Centerville Road, and CSAH 14-
(Labore Road) from Goose Lake.Road to Goose Lake Road aspart Qftlie. County $fate Aid Highway
system of Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, Said resolution locates and establishes the subject County State Aid 1Iighwbys within the
corporatee limits of the City of Gem Lake, Now; Therefore, .Be .itj
