A.RESOLUTION-APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the individuals, municipalities. and or companies identified have agreed to
serve in the. appointed. positions identified for the period 01 January 2021. to 31 December
2021 or -until replaced :by another in an updated resolution.

Whereupon said -resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council.of
the City of Gem L4ke, on January 19, 2021.
