WHEREAS, part of the structure of the governmg body of the City of Gem Lake is the city`s planning commission; WHEREAS, the City of -Gem Lake City Council needs to appoint new members to the. commission and/or a chair from time to time as openings. occur:. WHEREAS, Commissioner and. Chair Ben Johnson was elected to the Gem Lake City Council, which created an opening for a chair of the planning commission; WHEREAS,. two new members of. the community have graciously volunteered to servee on the commission in. addition to onecurrent member wishes to serve aschairperson of the. commission; WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem. Lake appoints Stephanie Farrell and Joshua Patrick to serve as new members of the*Planning Commission; WHERAS, the City. Council of Gem Lake appoints. Don Cummings as chair: of the commission; WfIEREAS, # .q.City Council and the residents of the City. -of Gem Lake also recognizes the current members, Don Cummings; Art Pratt and Derek Wippich for their continued service as members and greatly appreciates their time and effort serving on the Planning Commission; WHEREAS, the City Council and the residents of the City -of Gem Lake thankChair Johnson for his service on the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE BE TTRESOLVED,.that .the Cityvf—Gem Take appoints Stephanie Farrell,, JoshuaPairick as planning commission members and Don Cummings as Planning Commission Chair.
