A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEMIAKE TO ENTER INTO A SERVICES
RATE AGREEMENT WITH: WHITE BFAR TOWNSHIP
WHEREAS, the-Oiy of Gem Lake and White Bear Township entered into. an. agreement for
services in 2007,
WHEREAS, the Gity-of:Cem Lake and White Bear Township agreed to revisit their rate
structure for services fropa time to time;.
WHEREAS, the City. o£:Gem.Lake..and White Bear Township agreed that White Bear Township
Will charge $95.00.for all services (Accounting Clerk/Receptionist, Building Inspector,. Clerk
Treasurer, Finance Analyst and Officer, Para Legal Secretary, .Planner, :Secretary -Receptionist,
Public Woxks Director and all public worlss-staff) for fiscal .year 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT'RESOLVED, that the City of Gem.Lake approves -the -continuation of
services. from White Bear Township for $9S.QQ for .fiscal year 2021..
The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was -duly introduoed b� Councbl
Member and seconded by Council Membier ,.and upon vote being
taken thereon, the resolution passed with a vote. of- in favor and : against.
