A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OFOEM LAKE TO APPROVE THE'SUGGESTED
SEWER AND WATER RATES FOR VILLAS OF OEM. LAKE
WHEREAS; the. City of Gem Lake: provides pity sewer and vater for the Villas of Gem Lake residents
within. the City;
WHEREAS, the City of Getn Lake charges a.fee for.eity sewer and water;
WHEREAS; the fees for Of sewer and water will. be set yearly via the City of Getn Lake fee schedule;
WHEREAS, the City of Oem Lake has reviewed the dA(a for the past year of the Villas of Gets Lake;
WHEREAS, the City of Gent Lake proposes new fees,for city sewer and water for the Villas of Gem
Lake;
WHEREAS,.that the City of Gem Lake wishes to approve the proposed city sewer And water rates in
Exhibit A and amend their.2021 fee schedule under City Sewer and Water Rates: for the Villas of Gem
Lake;
NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake hereby adopii the -proposed
fees into their.Ml fee schedule for the ren.3aini.ng.calendar year?021.
The motion of the adoptinn of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Couneitmember Lindner
and seconded by Counciiniembe.r Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed
with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against..
