Pursuant to due call and notice'thereof, the regular meeting oJfthe City CouricilOttiie City of Gem Lake,
Minnesota, was duly held.at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road; at 7:0.0 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Artig-Swomley-andCovncilmembers Cacioppo, Hynes-
Amlee:and Lindner. The following members were not present. Councilmember Johnson.
