A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE AN ON -
SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GEM LAKE HILLS, LLC (GEM LAKE
GOLF .COURSE),.4039 SCHEUNE MAN ROAD, GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2022.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem. Lake is authorized by the State ofMinnesotato issue liquor
licenses *to approved and authorized establishments within theifmunicipality-,
WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, LLC, (Gerri- Lake Golf Course), 4039 Scheuneinan :Road Gem
Lake, has. met all --the-requirements set - forth with the City of.Gem Lane and the State of
Minnesotavfor aiT-on=sale and Sunday Liquor License for 2022;
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, -that the City Counci,l of Gem Lake approves the on -
sale and Sunday Liquor License for Gem Lake Golf Course, 4439 Scheuneman Toad, Gem Lake
for 2022.
The motion for adoption of the foregoingResolution -was duly introduced by Counclrnember
Lindner anti seconded by CouncilMember Cacioppor and upon vote being taken thereon, the
resolution passed with a vote of 5 in favor and 0 against.
