A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE AN OFF -
SALE, ON -SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR. LICENSE FOR THE COUNTRYLOUNGE,
3590 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA FOR 2022.
MWEREAS-, The. City. of Gem Lake is authorized by the.State of Minnesota to issue liquor
licenses to approved and authorized establishments within their -municipality;
WYMREAS, The. Country Lourige,.3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem Lake; has met all the
requirements set forth with the City.of Gem Lane and the. State of Minnesota for an off -sale, on -
said -and Sunday Liquor License..for 2022-
NOW:, THE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Gem Lake approves the off -
sale, on -sale and Sunday Liquor License for The Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffinan Road West,
Gem Lake for 2022.
The motion for adoption of -the foregoing Resolutignwas dcily-.introduced by Coun Hmember
Lindner and seconded by Councilm tuber Caaioppd, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
resolution passed. with a vote. of 4 in favor and.0.against. Councilmember Amlee abstains.
