A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND FINAL
AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY PROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2022
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has :presente - a TOTAL (Proposed) Budget of $523,278.0:0
which includes a General Tax Levy of*$47%928.00 and a Debt Tax Levy of $87,282:00 for fiscal
and calendar year 2022 based upon best estimates of costs for rup ring the: City :of Girm Lake in
2022; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did review, on December'21, 2021, the TOTAL Budget and Tax
Levy for 2022 including all revisions thereto as of the date first written.
NOW., THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED -that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does
formally adopt the 22022 Final General Fund.Budget-of $523,178:00 and the Final.Property Tax
Levy as follows:
General Property Tax Levy $457,697s00
Debt Levy 87,282.00.
Fiscal. Disparities 13:231.00
Total Property Tax Levy W$;210:00 and;
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City*Clerk is charged with Certifying said Tax
and Debt. Levy to Ramsey County Property Taxation and other government bodies.for whom this
information -is. required.
The foregoing Resolution. was offered by Councilmember Lindnex and was supported. by
Couricilmtember Cacioppo and was declared adopted based upori-the foIIowing vote:
