A.RESOUITION AtJTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO APPROVE A TOBACCO
LICENSE TO THE COUNTRY LOUNGE, 3590 HOFFMAN ROAD WEST, GEM LAKE,
MINNESOTA FOR 2.Q22.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake is authorized by the State of Minnesota to 'issue tobacco licenses to
approved. and authorized.establishments.within their. municipality;
WHEREAS, The Country.Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road West, Gem. Lake, has met. all thew requirements
set -forth with the City of Gem Lake and the State of Minnesota for tobacco license for 2022,
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,. that the -City Council of Gem Lake approyes the. tobacco
license for the Country Lovinge, 3590 Noffinan ]toad West, Gem Lake for 2022.
The motion for -adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly.introduced-by. Councilmember Lindner and
seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote beeing.taken thereoti,.the Resolution passed with a
vote. of 4 in favor and 0 against. Couricilmember Amlee abstains from the vote.
