MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 04 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WHITE BEAR LAKE TO <br />PERFORM FIRE SERVICES AND FIRE INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE YEAR <br />ENDING 2010 AND PAYMENT FOR. THE SERVICES_ <br />WHEREAS; The City of.Gem Lake does not maintain a Fire Department, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Genre Lake requires such services and out sources those services <br />to The City of White. Bear Lake, <br />.BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer has received a contract from The City of <br />White. Bear Lake for such services for the calendar year 2010 at a cast of $17,520 and <br />recommends accepting this contract and authorizing the Mayor to sign. all necessary <br />contracts, <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the January 19, 2010 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem.
