A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WHITE BEAR LAKE TO
PERFORM FIRE SERVICES AND FIRE INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE YEAR
ENDING 2010 AND PAYMENT FOR. THE SERVICES_
WHEREAS; The City of.Gem Lake does not maintain a Fire Department,
WHEREAS, The City of Genre Lake requires such services and out sources those services
to The City of White. Bear Lake,
.BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer has received a contract from The City of
White. Bear Lake for such services for the calendar year 2010 at a cast of $17,520 and
recommends accepting this contract and authorizing the Mayor to sign. all necessary
contracts,
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the January 19, 2010 regular City
Council Meeting for the City of Gem. Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota; made by Council
MemberLindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley.
