A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO USE
GAMBLING FUNDS AND PAY LADE AREA TRANSIT BUS COMPANY FOR
THE CITIES CONTRIBUTION FOR THE YEAR 2010.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the Lake Area Transit Community
Bus Service,
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake awards to the Lake Area Transit Bus Company
$500.00,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to Lake Area Transit
Bus Company the amount of $500.00 for the cities contribution of the year 2010.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the May 18th, 2010 regular City
Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council
Member and seconded by Council Member
