Resolution No. 2010 — 10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A
PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WILLOW LANE ELEMENTRY
SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds
from the Country Lounge,
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to Willow Lane
Elementary School the amount of $2500.00 for the cities contribution for the year 2010.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the July 20th, 2010 regular City
Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council
Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley.

Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and
accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on
