ARESOLUTION 'APPOINTING- INDIVIDUA.LS.AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF TIIE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the individuals, municipalities and :ot companies identified have agreed to
serve in the appointed positions identified for the period 01 January 20I 1 to 31 December
2011 or until. replaced by another in an updated resolution.
Appointed City Officials -and other appointed companies to represent- the- City
Heating and Air Conditioning Service - -C-arporate Mechanical
The. motion for the adoption.of the foregoing resolution. was proposed by Council
member and. *as.duly seconded by Council member acid upon vote being
taken thereon. the:resolutiain passed with a. vote of votes in favor of the resolution and
against.
Whereupon said .resolution WEi$-declared duly passed and adopted. by the City Council of -
the City of Genf Lake, on November 16, 2011
