Resolution No. 2010 — 21
A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM
LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2011.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided,
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lakes 2010 fee schedule will expire on 12/31/2010,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 2010 — 18 is amended as follows:
Non -Sufficient Funds Fee. The City shall collect a Non -Sufficient Fund Fee in the
amount of $30.00 for each and every payment collected for services rendered when, at
the time of presentment for payment, insufficient funds exist.
That the Sunday On -Sale liquor license fee that can be charged is $200.00
That the investigation fee shall be $500.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the December 21 st, 2010 regular
City Council Meeting for the City of Gem. Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by
Council Member Artig-Swomley and seconded by Council Member Rasmussen.
