CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-07 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2026 WATER AND SEWER RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Gem Lake City Council received a report from the Finance Officer related to proposed utility rates; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the city to maintain charges in an amount necessary to cover the cost of providing <br />services to users; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, maintaining rates through regular adjustment is a recommended practice rather than large intermittent <br />increases; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Gem Lake City Council of the City of Gem Lake, <br />Minnesota, that: <br /> <br />
