A RESOLUTION CREATING A NEW POLICY FOR PROCESSING
DEVELOPMENT/REDEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS,
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake receives applications from developers,
BE IT RESOLVED, that effective immediately the policy for The City of Gem Lake
shall be that the application shall not be considered complete until all government and
non -government agency/consultants have submitted their reports.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the February 16th, 2016, regular
City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by
Council Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley.
