A RESOLUTION TO REPLOT 1401 AND 1433 GOOSE LAKE ROAD IN THE CITY
OF GEM LAKE MINNESOTA 55110.
WHEREAS, The property owner at 1433 purchased the property at 1401 Goose Lake Rd.
WHEREAS, The property owner wishes to create new plots for 1401 and 1433 Goose Lake
Road in the City of Gem Lake. 1401 had 4 acres associated with the property, 2 acres will stay
with the 1401 address and the remaining 2 acres will be added to 1433 Goose Lake Road.
BE IT RESOLVED, that effective immediately the replotting is approved.
WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the March 15th, 2016 regular City
Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by
Councilmember Artig-Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner with a vote of
5 yes and 0 no.
