RESOLUTION NO.2016-16
15 NOVEMBER 2016
RESOLUTION REDUCING TAX LEVY
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES,
SECTION 475.61
WHEREAS, there is on hand for General Obligation Bonds, the sum of
$3,949.50 which is in excess of current requirements for payment of principal and
interest of said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Ramsey County Auditor be instructed to reduce the levy
for the year 2016 for collection in the year 2017 previously certified in
accordance with provisions of Section 475.61, Subd. 3 of Minnesota Statutes, as
follows:

2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be submitted to the
Ramsey County Auditor by the City Council.

by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based upon the following vote:
