A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the company identified has agreed to serve in the appointed position
identified for the period October 2016 through September 2017.

The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilmember Lindner and was seconded by
Councilmember Artig-Swomley and was declared adopted upon the following vote: 5
votes in favor and 0 against.

Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and
accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on
