A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS ANDTIRMS TQ PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, .RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the individual identif ed-have. agreed to serve in the appointed position
identified for the period.Fehftw-y 2014 to 3.1 December 2019 or until -replaced by
another in. an updated resolution.

The- motion fdr the adoption of the foregoing-tsolution was proposed by Cbiuicil
member and was: duly seconded by Council member and upon vote being taken
hereon, the resolution vote was votes in favor of the resolution and against.

Whereupon said resolution was declared. duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Gem Lake, on January 21, 2014.
