CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN.,
WHEREAS, the City .Council -of Gem. Lake. by this Resolution has. acknowledged that.
Four .Seasons Auto has been inr violation of its Conditional Use. Permit in October. 201.0, April
2012 and January 2014, therefore;
By this Resolution The: City Council fore the. City of Gem Lake hereby .revokes the
Conditional Use Permit for Dour geasons Auto.
NOW, THEREFORE, the motion for. -the adoption of the. foregoing Resolution was. made
