A RESOLUTION ALLOWING BLACK SEA RESTAURANT TO SELL WINE.
WHEREAS, the Black Sea Restaurant is located in the City of Gem Lake and such
restaurant desires to sell wine,
WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake, by this Resolution desire to approve such
request and acknowledges receipt of all necessary application and fees.
By this Resolution, the City Council hereby approves the request of the Black Sea
Restaurant to sell wine.
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Artig-Swomley and was
seconded by Council Member Lindner and was declared adopted upon the following
vote:
