A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM FOR DEVELOPMENT OR RE-
DEVELOPMENT EAST OF HIGHWAY 61.
WHEREAS, by resolution a development/re-development moratorium was put into place
in the month of December 2013 that would expire March 2014 by the City Council of
Gem Lake.
By this Resolution, the City Council hereby extends that moratorium through June 2014.
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Artig-Swomley and was
seconded by Council Member Boxak and was declared adopted upon the following vote:
