feasibility report for the City Council.
Therefore,. the City Count -aijthorizes SEH to perform the work and produce the.
feasibility reporthit the cost bf $45, 820, and the city Finance Officer is. authorized to .pay
SE H.upon complebon.of the work pay the SEH bill from city reserves.
