A RESOLUTION CREATING A NON -CONFORMING FEE FOR THE CITY OF GEM
LAKE.
WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake maintains a fee schedule for services provided,
W'HEREAS7 The City -of Gem Lake -currently does not have a fee for rioo-conforming
business and wishes to create one.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the non -conforming fee shall be the same fee as the fee.for a
CUP.
WHEREUPON, the above. resolution was adopted. at the Novembec-.l-8th, 201:4 regular
