RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 03
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AMENDING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY DATED
MARCH 17, 2015 TO INCLUDE THE BUSINESSES ON SCHEUNEMAN ROAD AND
COUNTY ROAD E WEST OF SCHEUNEMAN ROAD TO HIGHWAY 61
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the Feasibility Study dated March 17, 2015
WHEREAS. the Feasibility Study did not include the businesses north of County Road E on
Scheuneman Road nor those on County Road E
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That SEH is hereby directed to add to the Feasibility Study the businesses North of
County Road E on Scheuneman Road and on County Road E West of Scheuneman Road
to Highway 61.
( Adopted by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on April 21 st, 2015.
