A RESOLUTION TO CHIP SEAL THE STREETS IN GEM LAKE
WHEREAS, an inspection of the city streets indicates that in order to extend the life of
the streets that the streets require sealing and chipping be applied.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem
Lake hereby approves such process at an estimated cost of $40,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor
Lindner and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based upon the
following vote:
